Project Profile: 

Built in 1980 as a traditional townhome development,  Rosa Park Condominium Association is a 9-building, 27 Unit condominium community located in Aloha, OR.

The Problem: 

Years of deferred maintenance, lack of proper flashing details,  and exterior building components that had surpassed their useful lifespan. 

Our Solution: 

GreenPointe Construction removed and replaced all exterior siding, windows, sliding glass doors, private balconies, and roofing.   The project was completed with an exterior paint job of all 9 buildings.
