Our core focus is on providing quality reconstruction, waterproofing, painting, remodeling, and design services for apartment complex owners, condominiums & townhomes, building owners, property managers, capital expenditure managers, and homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Jennifer Green
CEO / Founder
As the founding partner of GreenPointe Construction, Jennifer envisioned building a construction company that stood on the foundation of integrity and quality, while hiring and developing only the best team members who choose to do things one way: the right way.
Jennifer’s love of construction started in High School building high-end outdoor wood furniture. While attending Marylhurst University she began working for a builder which solidified her passion for making buildings the best they can be. Investing in real estate and flipping properties added to her construction skills and knowledge.
Jennifer has over three decades of experience in the construction industry and as a Designer.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, reading, yoga, and traveling.
Dan Green
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Dan assists Jennifer Green in operations and project management.
Dan's experience in the construction industry started painting houses while attending Oregon State University. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Dan has learned the value of strong customer service, recruiting great employees, clear communication with his clients and staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality on every project.
Dan's optimism, attention to detail, and endless passion to make our employees and clients happy are the keys to GreenPointe Construction's success.
Dan loves spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and traveling.
